Li Ming and I took part in a wilderness survival program yesterday,and it has been one of the most unforgettable experiences since high school.
It was clear in the morning. We went to the mountain happily, wearing strong and comfortable shoes, carrying the necessities in the climbed a hill and on the top we saw there was a direction mark at the foot of the hill. Down the hill, following the direction, we came to a e were no boats. Luckily, we had learned how to swim in the training class. But we should protect our things in the backpacks from being unately, we found a piece of board. We put our backpacks on the board and swam pushing the board. When getting to the other bank, we took out the compass from the backpack and knew the direction. We walked to the north for about half an hour. At last, we arrived at the campsite, where we set up the tent and made a bonfire.
The two of us spent the night in the forest.
We learned to use knowledge gained in classroom training to solve problems. It was quite an experience for both of us, which I'll never forget for the rest of my life.
